【Abstract】 Introduced process control system of open-fire tempering heat treatment line in coil plate plant.Software and hardware configuration,system structure,composing and realization of primary application modules were described.The system has comprehensive functions,stable and reliable running efficiency,handy maintenance and operation."Black Box" results show that every index accords with target value and forecast temperature curve of plate is mostly meet with measured curve.High-precision models ensure high pass rate of product performance and quality.更多还原
