【摘要】 介绍了最新设计的适合熔炼直接还原铁的Simetal EAF FAST DRI型电弧炉。该炉种适合连续冶炼工艺,且具有虹吸式无渣出钢系统(FAST)、下炉壳新型倾动系统、最佳吹氧系统和泡沫渣操作新工艺。由于采用了独特的模块式设计,传统的电弧炉也很容易改造成这种新型电弧炉。最后给出了运行业绩。更多还原

【Abstract】 An especially designed new type EAF for the use of melting direct-reduced iron was introduced.In order to adapt continuous melting process,this new type EAF is equipped with the siphon-type slag-free tapping system(FAST),a new furnace shell tilting system and optimized oxygen-blown system and foaming slag processing technology.Thanks to the modular desige concept,existing EAF can also be retrofitted.Finally,the operation results were given.更多还原
