【摘要】 目的:评价伽马刀放射外科治疗听神经瘤的效果。方法:使用伽马刀对38例听神经瘤患者进行放射外科治疗,放射剂量为14~15Gy,根据住院天数、定期临床体检及核磁共振成像(MRI)扫描结果等,观察肿瘤控制率(肿瘤缩小或无改变),听力及其他颅神经功能保持率,评价治疗效果。结果:31例(81.5%)患者无不适反应,第一天出院,余患者出现轻—中度不适,经观察、对症处理后缓解,均在第二或第三天出院;术后听力保持率为59.3%,1,2,3年肿瘤控制率分别为92.1%、89.5%和87.9%。结论:伽马刀放射外科疗法是听神经瘤安全、有效的治疗方法,值得推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the treating effect of Gama Knife radiosurgery on acoustic neuromas.Methods:Gama Knife radiosurgery was applied to treat 38Kinh Vietnamese patients with acoustic neuromas(16males,22females,aged 20-76years,mean age 44.8years)at the Gama Knife Center of Hue University hospital.The radiation dose was 14~15Gy.Periodical physical check up and MRI flow-up were done postoperatively.Parameters such as hospital stay,tumor control rate and cranial nerve function preservation rate were employed to assess the treating effect of Gama Knife radiosurgery on acoustic neuromas.Results:Thirty-one patients(81.5%)were discharged from hospital on day 1after Gama Knife radiosurgery without complaining of any malaise,while the remaining cases were discharged on day 2or day 3due to little discomforts.The hearing preservation rate immediately after radiosurgery was 59.3%.The tumor control rate in year 1,year 2and year 3were 92.1%,89.5%and 87.9%.Conclusion:Gama Knife radiosurgery is a safe and effective protocol to treat acoustic neuromas,which deserves to be carried out in other medical settings in Vietnam and in China.更多还原
