Er3+,Er3+-Yb3+and Er3+-Na+co-doped CaF2transparent ceramics were prepared by a hot-pressing method using Ca(NO3)2,Er(NO3)3, Yb(NO3)3, KF and NaF as raw materials. The absorption and emission spectra were measured. The spectroscopic properties were analysed with the experimental absorption data by the standard Judd–Ofelt theory to evaluate the intensity parameters t(t = 2, 4,6).
