【摘要】 泰国本土汉语教师包括泰籍华人汉语教师和新生代泰国籍华文教师。当前泰国本土汉语教师培训模式既有泰国本土汉语教师来华研修,又有泰国国内本土汉语教师培训。其特点为培训模式多样、培训内容实用、培训范围广泛。当前泰国本土汉语教师培训还有诸多不足之处,应采取调查和分析培训需求、将培训作为一个系统来抓、尝试新的培训授课方式、对培训进行及时有效的评估等措施来提高培训效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Local Chinese-teaching teachers in Thailand refer to both Thai Chinese teachers and Cainozoic Thai nationality Chinese teachers. The current local Thai Chinese teachers training modes include trainings in Thailand and in China. The trainings are various in modes, practical in content, and wide in scope. According to the inadequacy of the trainings, we should study the training needs, take the training as a system, try a new method of teaching, and establish a timely and effective training evaluation to promote the training efficiency.更多还原
