【Abstract】 Based on the situation of attracting investments,led by the enterprises,kudzuvine root has come into the industrial development.The kudzuvine root industry in Guizhou has been in the front position of the scientific research,but the limited scientific technology makes the industry increase input and raise risk.In view of the above problems,this paper makes an overall analysis of germplasm resources research,development status,nutritional composition and use of kudzuvine root,and the development prospects of the kudzuvine root industry;put forward some development suggestions for the kudzuvine root industry so as to provide the theoretical basis for the industrial development of kudzuvine root in Guizhou.更多还原
