【Abstract】 In order to ensure the sustainable,normative and effective development of "Young Marxists Project" in universities,it is necessary to establish a long-term mechanism with the integration of "scientific selection-systematic training-dynamic management-comprehensive evaluation-preferential recommendation and service assurance".In this mechanism,systematic training is the key factor.In order to ensure that qualified Young Marxists are cultivated,universities should,based on their own characteristics,determine and handle the mechanism from four aspects in training: goal,principle,system and guarantee.更多还原
