【Abstract】 Professor SHEN Xian-jia graduated from and became a teacher at the Department of Physics of Beijing Normal Univerity in 1961.Under the influence of SUN Nian-tai,the then-dean of the department,SHEN took up the teaching and research of the history of physics.With his dedication and innovation,he founded the "science of potential science" and the journal named Potential Science.His academic series and monographs which numbered more than 20 have made significant contribution to the establishment and development of the discipline of history of physics.更多还原
