导光槽改善螺旋藻养殖光照条件的可行性研究
Feasibility study of light guide grooves to improve the illumination condition qualification of spirulina breeding
【摘要】 为改善螺旋藻培养液内部的光强条件,设计了抛物面口型、斜面口型和垂直面口型等3种不同的导光槽,并对各种不同导光槽的导光效果进行了模拟计算和现场实验测试,经过对计算和测试结果进行分析,结果表明:从导光效果上看,采用抛物面型的导光槽最为理想,但是根据螺旋藻生长对光强的实际需求并结合制作成本及安装方便的角度考虑,采用垂直放置的垂直口型导光槽来改善培养液内部螺旋藻生长所需要的光强,应该是一种最佳的选择。
【Abstract】 Three types of light guide groove(dish type,inclined plane type and perpendicular plane type)were designed to improve the illumination condition of spirulina breeding.The light guiding performance of each type was calculated and tested.The three types of light guide groove were compared theoretically and experimentally.The results showed that the light guiding performance of dish type light guide groove is the best.However,it is a better choice to use light guide groove of perpendicular plane type which can be set vertically to guide the sunlight into the breed fluid and improve the illumination condition of spriulina breeding,considering the practical need,the economic effectiveness and the convenience for fixing the light guide grooves.
