某诊断设备及其散热系统的有限元分析

【摘要】 某些精密设备结构复杂、工作环境恶劣,需要用有限元法对其温度场、应力场等进行分析,确保强度的可靠性。以某诊断设备中的Langmuir探针及其散热系统为例,利用热-构耦合分析法,得到该模型在强辐射作用下的温度场和应力场。通过对结果的分析,发现系统内部的陶瓷筒受到的热应力最大,极易发生断裂。最后对可能影响应力大小的若干因素进行了比较研究,并提出了改进的建议,为Langmuir探针及其散热系统的结构设计提供了一定的理论依据。

【Abstract】 The finite element method is required to analysis the temperature field and stress field of certain diagnostic equipment due to its complex structure and complicated working conditions to ensure the reliability of strength.Take the Langmuir Probe and its dissipation system in certain diagnostic equipment as an example,temperature field and stress field have been simulated on the model under intense radiation by the thermal-structure coupling method.The results show that there are strongest thermal stresses on the ceramic barrels inside the system,which would be extremely easy to get broken.The reasons to have such dreadful stresses are discussed in the paper.And improving suggestions to avoid extra stresses are put forward for the structure design of Langmuir Probe and its heat dissipation system due to the simulation results.
