喷涂机器人行走系统改造
Transformation of Spraying Robot Walking System
【摘要】 对喷涂机器人在生产过程中出现的同步带脱落,导致机器人触地的事故原因进行了分析,并进行了传动系统改造。通过改变原传动系统的传动级数,增加轴承支撑,转换了系统重量的作用位置,使传动系统整体稳定性及安全性显著提高,解决了因系统失效而带来的隐患。
【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the cause of the accident that synchronous pulley of the spraying robot falls off and leads to the robot touching the ground,and improves the driving system.Through changing the transmission level of the original driving system and increasing the bearing support capacity,active position of system weight can be changed.Thus,the overall stability and security of the driviing system can be significantly improved,and the potential danger resulting from system failure can be avoided.
