客车驾驶室布置人机工程优化
Layout Optimization of Coach’s Cab Based on Ergonomics
【摘要】 客车运输在交通运输中占据着非常重要的地位,客车驾驶员劳动强度高,容易产生疲劳。优化客车驾驶室布置,可以提升客车驾驶员舒适性,减少交通事故的发生。应用人机工程学理论和方法,以RAMSIS软件为工具,对国内某款客车驾驶室布置进行了人机工程校核与优化设计。根据目标客户群,创建了客车驾驶员虚拟人体模型,校核了驾驶室布置的舒适性、视野性、空间性等,针对设计不合理之处进行了优化设计,改善了客车驾驶员的工作条件,提升了客车舒适性和安全性。
【Abstract】 Coach has been playing an important role in transportation.Coach driver is a high-strength occupation and is liable to be tired.Optimizing layout of coach’s cab could promote the driver’s comfort and reduce traffic accident.Applying ergonomic theory and methods,a domestic coach’s cab layout was checked and optimized by RAMSIS.In light of the target consumer groups,virtual human models of coach drivers were built to check comfort,vision and interior space of the layout.Then the design deficiencies were optimized.The driver’s working condition and the coach’s comfort and security were thus improved.
