双向可控硅触发电路在砌块成型机中的应用研究
Application Research of Triac Triggers Circuit on Block Forming Machine
【摘要】 为实现弱电控制强电的目的,介绍一种基于PIC单片机控制的双向可控硅触发电路。该触发电路采用过零触发方式,使双向可控硅在电源电压瞬时值过零处接通或断开负载,实现无噪声切换,可靠性高。将该触发电路应用到混凝土砌块成型机的控制系统中,解决了PIC单片机控制器以低电平、小电流信号控制高电压、大电流负载的问题,很大程度上提高该系统的控制精度和运行效率,成功实现自动控制。
【Abstract】 In order to achieve the purpose of using high voltage to control low voltage,this paper introduces a kind of triac trigger circuit,which is based on PIC single chip microcomputer control.The trigger circuit adopts the way of zero-crossing trigger,triac switch on or switch off the load when the power supply voltage instantaneous value crosses zero,make the switchover without noise come true and its reliability is high.This trigger circuit has been applied to the concrete block forming machine control system,solves the problems of PIC single chip microcomputer controller controlling the high voltage,high current load with the low level,small current signal,improves the control precision and efficiency of the system to a great extent,realizes automatic control successfully.
