【Abstract】 Shadow banking system is posing potential risks to China’s financial stability.However,our cognition to shadow banking system and it’s risk is not enough.This paper reviews and defines the concept and range of shadow banking system,evaluates the collectivity risks of shadow banking system,then identifies that high yield financial products,local government debt and some real estate investment trust(REIT)of third or fourth tier cities are the main potential risks of shadow banking system.更多还原
