原位合成(TiB+TiC)/Ti-6Al-4V基复合材料的室温及高温拉伸性能

【摘要】 利用原位反应制备TiB+TiC增强Ti-6Al-4V基复合材料及基体合金,对其进行锻造及热处理后,进行了室温及高温拉伸试验,并观察了其组织和断口形貌。结果表明:复合材料的室温抗拉强度与基体合金相比有提高,且随着增强相含量的增多而提高,但材料的伸长率却不断降低;复合材料的高温抗拉强度提高比较明显,但温度超过500℃后,增强相的高温强化作用降低;同时随着温度的升高,基体组织对复合材料的高温强度影响作用不断降低。

【Abstract】 (TiB+TiC) reinforced Ti-6Al-4V composites and the matrix alloy were in situ synthesized.After forging and heat-treatment,the room temperature and high temperature tensile tests for samples were carried out, and their microstructure and fracture morphology were analyzed.Results show that the room-temperature tensile strength of composites was higher than that of matrix alloy,and increased with the increase of the content of the reinforcements.Meanwhile the elongation decreased with the increase of the content of the reinforcements. Composites showed a higher tensile strength at high temperature.When temperature was higher than 500℃,the strengthening effect of reinforcements dropped.And the effect of the matrix microstructure on strength decreased with the temperature increase.
