【Abstract】 Process management aims to achieve global optimization of the whole process and the macrosystem through local process optimization of subsystems by making scientific evaluation of the previous process and then making timely adjustment before the next process begins.Student affairs work in Hong Kong stresses the agreement of top-level design with the educational goal ; it pays close attention to the quality and effect of the implementation and progress of the subsystems and ensures global realization of the procedural educational objectives through overall process evaluation and feedback.
