【摘要】 目的加强手术病人交接中的护理质量管理,明确职责,以保障病人的安全。方法选取2008年未使用交接查对表的择期手术病人78例作为对照组,2011年使用交接查对表的择期手术病人80例作为观察组,对2组结果进行比较分析。结果对照组术前准备不充分为10例,观察组仅3例,2组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.303,p<0.05)。使用交接查对表后病人物品遗漏等现象明显减少。结论手术病人交接查对表的应用,保证了手术护理工作的连续性和整体性,提高了手术病人交接过程中防范安全隐患的能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To strengthen nursing quality management in the handover of operative patients and to crystallize responsibility so as to ensure patient safety.Method 78 cases of patients undergoing selective operation who didn’t use handover checklist in 2008 were distributed to control group and 80 cases of patients undergoing selective operation in 2011 who used handover checklist were in observation group.Results of the two groups were comparatively analyzed.Results There were 10 cases whose preoperative preparation were insufficient in the control group while there were 3 cases in the observation group,and differences between the two groups were statistically significant(χ2=4.303,p<0.05).Phenomena such as omission of patients’ items were significantly decreased after application of handover checklist.conclusion application of handover checklist to operative patients guarantees the connectivity and integration in operation nursing,and improves the ability of preventing potential safety hazard in the handover of operative patients.更多还原
