【摘要】 目的了解高校社区门诊抗菌药物应用情况。方法对河南科技学院医院2010-2012年期间每年3-5月份就诊患者的27 984份处方进行统计分析。结果 3年来抗菌药物总的使用率为11.4%,口服抗菌药物占抗菌药物处方的84.2%,联用抗菌药物处方占3.7%～2.4%,排在前3位的药物为头孢菌素类、青霉素和喹诺酮类,非适应症的使用率分别为6.8%、4.8%和4.2%。结论该院门诊使用抗菌药物基本合理,但存在不合理用药现象。临床药师应向医师宣传抗菌药物临床使用原则,促进临床合理用药。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To have knowledge about the usage of antibacterial drugs in community outpatient clinics of higher education institutions.Method 27 984 prescriptions of patients hospitalized in the hospital of henan institute of science and technology from march to may in each year of 2010-2012 were statistically analyzed.Results Total usage rate of antibacterial drugs for the last three years had been 11.4%;oral antibacterial drugs accounted for 84.2% of prescriptions using antibacterial drugs;prescriptions using combined antibacterial drugs accounted for 3.7%～2.4%;drugs ranked among the top three were cephalosporin,penicillin and quinolone,of which the non-indication usage rate were 6.8%,4.8% and 4.2% respectively.Conclusion Outpatients of this hospital have a rational use of antibacterial drugs,but there is also irrational drug use.Clinical pharmacists should propagate clinical principles of antibacterial drug use to physicians so as to promote rational drug use in the clinic.更多还原
