【摘要】 目的了解高校教职工高血压病的患病现状及管理存在的问题,为高血压病的防治提供依据。方法利用健康体检进行高血压病的筛查,对高血压病相关知识的知晓率以及高血压病的治疗率、控制率进行调查,并做统计分析。结果此次体检共检出高血压病患者377例,患病率为23.57%。男、女性患病率分别为26.11%和18.88%;老年组、中青年组患病率分别为49.25%和12.92%,差异均有统计学意义(p<0.01)。老年组与中青年组高血压病相关知识的知晓率分别为80.08%和50.00%,治疗率分别为76.19%和31.50%,控制率分别为30.03%和12.32%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论高校教职工高血压病的患病率较高,男性患病多于女性,老年人患病多于中青年人。高血压病相关知识的普及、治疗、控制以及管理水平有待提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To have knowledge about the prevalence status of hypertension in teachers and staff members of universities and problems existed in the management so as to provide a basis for hypertension prevention and control.Method Hypertension was examined through health examination,awareness rate of relevant knowledge about hypertension,treatment rate and control rate of hypertension were investigated,and the results were statistically analyzed.Results A total of 377 cases of patients with hypertension were detected through this physical examination with a prevalence rate of 23.57%.Respective prevalence rate in the male and female were 26.11% and 18.88%;prevalence rate in groups consisted of elderly patients and young and middle-aged patients were 49.25% and 12.92% respectively,and the differences were statistically significant(p<0.01).Awareness rate of relevant knowledge about hypertension in groups with elderly patients and young and middle-aged patients were 80.08% and 50.00%,treatment rate were 76.19% and 31.50% and control rate were 30.03% and 12.32% respectively,and differences in patients between the two groups were statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion Prevalence rate of hypertension in teachers and staff members of universities is relatively high,which in the male is higher than the female and in the group with elderly patients is higher than the group with young and middle-aged patients.Popularization of relevant knowledge,treatment and control,and management level of hypertension all await improvement.更多还原
