微乳液介质中1,5-二(2-羟基-5-溴苯)-3-氰基甲月替与锰的显色反应研究
Study and Application of Color Reaction of HBPCF With Manganese(Ⅱ)
【摘要】 研究了pH 10的氨-氯化铵缓冲溶液中,在OP-10微乳液存在下,1,5-二(2-羟基-5-溴苯)-3-氰基甲月替(HBPCF)与锰形成稳定的蓝紫色配合物。最大吸收波长位于660 nm处,表观摩尔吸光率为6.9×104L·mol-1·cm-1,锰(Ⅱ)量在0~1.2 mg·L-1范围内符合比尔定律,用于环境样品中锰的测定,结果满意。
【Abstract】 1,5- Bi( 2- hydroxy-5-bromophenyl)-3-cyanoformazane( HBPCF) react with Mn(Ⅱ) in Ammonia- ammonium chloride buffer solution of pH 10 in the presence of Microemulsion p- octyl polyethylene glycol phenyl ether(OP- 10),and form a stable khaki comple. The maximum absorption wavelength of 660 nm and molar absorptivity is 6.9 × 104L·mol-1·cm-1. Beer’s law is obeyed for 0 ~ 1.2 mg · L-1. The method is applied to determination of Manganese(Ⅱ) in environmental samples with satisfactory results.
