【摘要】 通过对医院急诊室危重患者滞留原因进行分析,发现了存在的问题。制定了改善急诊软硬件建设,完善床位调配机制和科室层面加强急诊专科化医护队伍的培养,加快急危重症患者在科内的周转,加强对患者的人性化服务和部门间的沟通与协调等对策,有效地改善了急诊室危重患者滞留问题,确保了急诊工作质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 By analyzing the reasons of lengthy stay of critical care patients in the Emergency Department(ED),problems were found.Therefore,a series of policies were enacted,which include improving "soft"-and hardware of ED,completing beds allocating mechanisms,building specialized treatment and nursing teams at department levels,accelerating the shifts of critical care patients within ED,and strengthen humanistic care for patients as well as communication and coordination between departments,etc.The measures effectively alleviated the problem and ensured the quality of work in ED.更多还原
