【摘要】 慢性病流行已经成为我国的重大公共卫生问题,但我国卫生服务体系慢性病防治工作需要改进。医院和社区卫生服务之间缺乏一定的协同性,不能保证卫生服务质量同质化,防治分离现象也较为突出。要控制慢性病流行,应该针对慢性病的发生规律,进一步强化我国区域卫生服务协同建设,优化慢性病管理工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 The epidemic of chronic non-communicable diseases(NCDs)has become a major public health problem in China.But for healthcare system,control of NCDs should still been paid more attention.The cooperative relationship of hospitals and communities is not well established,which makes the health services inhomogeneous.Meanwhile,the prominent separation phenomena exists in the prevention and treatment of the diseases.In order to control the epidemic of chronic diseases,we should further improve collaborative management of regional health services system and optimize the management of NCDs based on the discipline of prevalence of NCDs.更多还原
