【摘要】 目的分析2008～2012年湖北省乡镇卫生院的经济效益和社会效益,为巩固和完善湖北省乡镇卫生院的长效补偿机制提供参考。方法利用《湖北卫生统计》收集2008～2012年乡镇卫生院的资料。经济效益指标包括收益能力、竞争能力、偿债能力、发展能力4个方面,社会效益指标包括次均门诊费用、人均住院费用和药品收入占业务收入的比例。结果①经济效益:2008～2012年湖北省乡镇卫生院总收入从33.8亿元增加到85.0亿元,增长151.5%,业务收入占总收入比例从85.1%降低到60.0%;病床使用率从58.2%提高到74.9%,病床周转次数从32.8次提高到38.6次;资产负债率从32.8%提高到34.7%;总资产从39.3亿元增加到140.2亿元。②社会效益:2008～2012年,次均门诊费用和例均住院费用分别增长12.6%和30.9%,药品收入占总收入比例在基本药物制度实施后明显下降。结论 2008～2012年湖北省乡镇卫生院的收益能力、竞争能力和发展能力不断提高,偿债能力有所下降,社会效益明显改善。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To analyze the economic and social benefits of township hospitals in Hubei Province from 2008 to 2012,and to provide some reference for improving the long-term compensation mechanism of township hospitals in Hubei province.Methods Data of township hospitals was collected based on Health Statistics of Hubei Province from 2008 to2012.Indicators of economical benefits included profitability,competitive capacity,solvency and development ability.Indicators of social benefits included average outpatient expenses,average hospitalization expenses,the proportion of drug income in business income.Results ①Economic benefits: From 2008 to 2012,the total revenue of township hospitals in Hubei province increased from 3.38 billion to 8.50 billion and the growth rate of fixed base is 151.5%.The proportion of business income in total revenue fell from 85.1% to 60.0%.The utilization rate of beds increased from 58.2% to 74.9%,the times of beds turnover increased from 32.8 to 38.6.The asset-liability ratio increased from 32.8% to 34.7%,the total assets increased from 3.93 billion to 14.02 billion.②Social benefits: Between 2008 and 2012,the growth rate of fixed base for average outpatient expenses and average hospitalization expenses are respectively 12.6% and 30.9%,the proportion of drug income in business income decreased significantly after the implement of essential drugs.Conclusions From 2008 to 2012,the profitability,competitive capacity and development capacity of township hospitals in Hubei province increased dramatically,the solvency decreased in some extent.The social benefits improved dramatically.更多还原
