【摘要】 目的研究流浪精神病患者智力特点,并对其智力的相关因素进行分析。方法对符合精神障碍诊断与统计手册第4版(DSM-Ⅳ)诊断标准的368例流浪精神病患者进行韦氏成人智力测验(WAIS-RC)测定智力,并收集首次流浪年龄、性别、文化程度、流浪时间等相关因素。所有测定结果均使用SPSS 18.0统计软件包进行统计分析,对智商采用t检验和多因素方差分析,各影响因素采用相关因素分析。结果流浪精神病患者中,男性智力得分显著高于女性智力;其智力与首次流浪年龄及受教育水平呈正相关,与流浪时间、被救助次数呈负相关。结论鉴于流浪精神病患者这一群体的特殊性,社会各部门应对这一特殊群体采取相应措施,如建立流浪精神病患者档案、建立特殊教育学校等,提高其生活质量,减少其对社会、家庭造成的负担。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To study the intellectual characteristics of homeless person with mental disorders and its related factors.Methods 368 cases who were all homeless psychiatric patients diagnosed by DSM-IV were given intellectual test by WAIS-RC.Meanwhile,their ages began to wander,gender,educational level,wandering time were collected.All datas were handled under the SPSS 18.0 statistical package and analyzed by t-test,ANOVA test and correlation analysis.Results Male’s intelligence was significantly higher than female’s intelligence.Intelligence was positively correlated with the age they began to wander,educational level,and negatively correlated with wandering time,frequency they were helped.Conclusions Considering the particularity of these homeless psychiatric patients,governments should take appropriate measures to improve their quality of life.更多还原
