【摘要】 目的探讨珠海地区2型糖尿病患者血脂和载脂蛋白水平异常的特点。方法用全自动生化分析仪测检测该院195例2型糖尿病(将195例糖尿病患者的血糖水平分别以大于9.16mmol/L和小于9.16mmol/L分成A、B组)和216例对照组血清中的三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、载脂蛋白A1(ApoA1)、载脂蛋白B(ApoB)、载脂蛋白E(ApoE)的水平。结果珠海地区2型糖尿病组的TG、TC、LDL-C以及ApoB、ApoE均高于对照组,P<0.05;2型糖尿病组的HDL-C和ApoA1低于对照组,P<0.05;AB两组相比,前者TG(TG>1.7mmol/L)、TC(TC>5.7mmol/L)、LDL-C(LDL-C>4.53mmol/L)、ApoE(ApoE>5.3mg/dL)及ApoA1(ApoA1<1g/L)的发生率均明显大于后者,P<0.05。结论珠海地区2型糖尿病患者存在血脂代谢紊乱,并且血糖水平与血脂及载脂蛋白水平相关。血糖水平高的2型糖尿病患者血脂与载脂蛋白异常的发生率更高。提示在治疗2型糖尿病的临床中应早期采取针对血脂升高的预防措施。更多还原
