R3S级C型梨形卸扣的热处理工艺改进
Improvement on Heat Treatment Process of R3S C-type Pear Shaped Kenter Shakcle
【摘要】 随着海洋事业的快速发展,海洋工程对系泊附件的性能要求越来越高。热处理工艺是R3S系泊附件制造过程中的关键技术之一。本文对R3S级C型梨形卸扣的淬火+回火热处理工艺进行了改进,研究了890~930℃一次淬火+(820~890)℃二次淬火+回火对梨形卸扣冲击韧性的影响,使其满足船级社的规范要求。
【Abstract】 With the rapid development of offshore industry,the requirements on mechanical properties of mooring chain accessory are also exigent.The heat treatment is the key process that will affect the perform- ance of R3S mooring chain accessory.This paper improves the heat treatment technology of quenching + tempering for the traditional cycle.The influence of 890 ~ 930 ℃ quenching +( 820 ~ 890) ℃ secondary quenching + tempering to impact toughness is studied to make sure the final properties meeting the re- quirements of classification societies.
