三种汽车齿轮材料渗碳组织和性能研究
Study on Microstructure and Properties of Three Type of Automobile Gear Materials after Carburized Heat Treatment
【摘要】 本文以22CrMoH、20CrNi2MoH和17CrNiMo6三种新型汽车齿轮合金钢为试验材料,分别经过等温退火、正火+高温回火两种不同的预备热处理后进行渗碳热处理工艺试验。分析了三种新材料的金相组织,比较了三种新材料的各自性能优势和差异,为新型汽车齿轮材料开发和应用提供必要的试验和理论依据。
【Abstract】 In this paper,22CrMo,20CrNi2Mo and 17CrNiMo6 three new types of automobile gear alloy steels for the process experiment are carburized after preparing heat treatment of isothermal annealing,normalizing and high temperature tempering.Microstructure of three new materials is analyzed,and advantages and differences of their performance are respectively compared.The necessary test and theoretical basis are provided for development and application of new type automobile gear materials.
