【摘要】 舌体是具有特殊生理功能的器官,舌缺损修复后的功能重建是口腔颌面外科面临的重大难题。目前,舌缺损修复从形态、体积恢复向动力性功能重建转变,诸多学者就舌缺损功能重建进行了一系列的研究并取得了一定成果。本文就修复舌缺损常用的肌皮瓣、同种异体移植修复舌缺损、组织工程材料修复舌缺损、舌缺损修复重建后的功能评价、带神经组织瓣的功能性舌再造等研究进展作一综述。更多还原

【Abstract】 The tongue has a special physiological function, and tongue defect reconstruction is a challenge for maxillofacial surgery. To date, tongue defect repair has developed from morphology and volume recovery to reconstruction of dynamic functions. Tongue defect reconstruction is widely recognized, frequently studied, and partly understood. This study summarizes research progress on surgical flaps, allotransplantation, and tissue-engineered materials for reconstructing tongue defects. It also discusses function evaluation after repair and functional muscle transfer for tongue reconstruction.更多还原
