基于图像处理的药片计数系统设计
Design of tablet count system based on image processing
【摘要】 为了实现对动态药片计数的需求,提出了一种基于图像处理的方法。应用数字图像处理的知识,包括:灰度化、图像增强、滤波、阈值分割等,对实时图像进行处理,提取出药品的轮廓形状。在此基础上,通过研究视频检测计数方法,使用虚拟线圈法,开发出一种可靠的动态计数算法,并在Windows操作系统上,使用MATLAB/GUI完成软件设计。通过实验,证实通过视频处理技术和本文设计的算法,能较好的完成药片的计数。
【Abstract】 In order to satisfy the requirement of tablet count and defect detection,a method which is based on image processing is proposed.Apply the knowledge of digital image processing,including :grayscale,image enhancement,filtering,threshold segmentation,process the real-time image,extracting the contour shape of the drugs.On this basis,by studying video detection counting method,by use the virtual coil method developed a reliable the dynamic count and defect detection algorithms,and based on the windows operating system,complete software development by using MATLAB/GUI.By experiment,it is confirmed that through the video processing technology and the algorithm in this article can complete the tablet count and defect detection.
