【摘要】 目的:观察中频、拔罐、耳压与针刺疗法治疗单纯性肥胖症的临床疗效。方法:将120例单纯性肥胖症患者随机分为针刺组、综合治疗组,每组60例,针刺组采用普通针刺治疗;综合治疗组采用中频、拔罐、耳压等综合治疗。治疗2个月后观察2组治疗前后患者体质量、体重指数、腹部皮脂厚度及临床主要症状改善情况。结果:总有效率针刺组为86.7%,综合治疗组为83.3%,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组体质量、BMI及腹壁皮脂厚度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但针刺组起效较快,与综合治疗组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中频、拔罐、耳压综合治疗模式治疗单纯性肥胖无痛、舒适,临床疗效与单纯针刺组相比无明显差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To discuss curative effects of midband, cupping, auricular pressure and needling in treating simple obesity. Method: All 120 patients were allocated to the needling group and comprehensive treatment group, the needling group accepted needling and comprehensive treatment group the therapy including midband,cupping and auricular pressure. The improvements of clinical symptoms, abdominal cortical thickness, body mass index and the weight of both groups were observed after treating for two months. Result: Total effective rate of the needling group was 86.7%, lower than 83.3% of comprehensive treating group, the difference had no statistical meaning(P>0.05); the difference had no statistical meaning between both groups in the weight, BMI and abdominal cortical thickness(P >0.05); but the needling group acted more quickly, the difference had statistical meaning compared with comprehensive treatment group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Comprehensive therapy including midband,cupping and auricular pressure for simple obesity is painless and comfortable, therapeutic effects of the treatment shows insignificant difference compared with the needling group.更多还原
