【摘要】 目的:对比损伤胶囊与正骨水治疗慢性软组织损伤的临床疗效。方法:将166例慢性软组织损伤患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各83例,治疗组予损伤胶囊,2粒/次,3次/d;对照组予市售正骨水外涂治疗,3次/d,2组均以7天为1个疗程,分别于治疗第7、14、21天观察2组患者软组织疼痛症状及功能活动综合评分情况。结果:2组患者治疗后损伤局部的疼痛、肿胀、压痛、功能障碍评分及总分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01)。治疗后治疗组在疼痛、功能障碍及总分方面与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:损伤胶囊可更有效地改善慢性软组织损伤的临床症状。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To compare clinical effects of SunShang capsule and bonesetting liquid in treating chronic soft tissue injury. Method: All 166 patients were randomized into the treatment group and the control group equally. The treatment group took SunShang capsule, two pills each time, three times per day; the control group were applied with bonesetting liquid externally, three times each day, seven days were one course of the treatment,comprehensive scales of functional activity and symptoms of soft tissue were observed at the 7th, 14th and 21st day.Result: The scales of pain, swelling, tenderness, functional disorder and total scale in both groups after treating were decreased more significantly than before treating(P<0.01). The difference had statistical meaning when the treatment group was compared with the control group in pain, functional disorder and total scale after treating(P<0.01). Conclusion:SunShang capsule could improve clinical symptom of chronic soft tissue injury effectively.更多还原
