【摘要】 目的:观察祛风颗粒治疗特发性面神经麻痹的临床疗效。方法:将387例特发性面神经患者随机分为治疗组197例,对照组190例。对照组给予口服强的松、维生素B₂,肌肉注射维生素B₁₂等常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加服祛风颗粒,15 g/次,3次/d。2组均以10天为1个疗程,一般治疗2⁶个疗程。治疗2个疗程比较临床疗效。结果:治疗组痊愈率54.82%、显效率29.95%、总有效率97.46%;对照组痊愈率41.58%、显效率26.84%、总有效率92.11%,2组疗效比较,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）.治疗后治疗组肌电图（EMG）恢复正常（57.36%）高于对照组（42.63%）,差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。治疗组患者平均显效天数及痊愈天数均小于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论:祛风颗粒对治疗特发性面神经麻痹有显著的临床疗效,可大大缩短疗程,促进面瘫患者面肌肌力的恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore therapeutic effects of QuFeng granules in treating idiopathic facial palsy（IFP）.Method:All 387 patients were randomized into 197 cases in the treatment group and 190 cases in the controlgroup.The control group received routine treatment such as oral metacortandracin and vitamin B₂,muscular injection of vitamin B₁₂ and others,the treatment group took QuFeng granules,15g each time,three times per day,ten days were one course of treatment,usually for two to six courses of treatment.Clinical effects were compared in both groups after treating two courses of treatment.Result:Cure rate,effectual rate and total effective rate of the treatment group were 54.82%,29.95%and 97.46%,and the indexes of the control group were 41.58%,26.84%and 92.11%,the difference had statistical meaning in therapeutic effects（P<0.05）.The treatment group（57.36%） was more than the control group（42.63%） in the patients with EMG returning to normal after treating,the difference had statistical meaning（P<0.01）.The treatment group was less than the control group in average effectual days and cure days,the difference had statistical meaning（P<0.01）.Conclusion:QuFeng granules are effective in treating IFP,which could shortern the course of the treatment and promote the recovery of facial muscle force.更多还原
