自拟逐瘀清宫汤在药物流产中的应用

【摘要】 目的:探讨自拟逐瘀清宫汤治疗药物流产的疗效及对阴道流血时间和阴道流血量的影响。方法:将317例药流患者随机分为2组,治疗组(162例)与对照组(155例)。治疗组采用自拟逐瘀清宫汤协同米非司酮配伍米索前列醇治疗,对照组单纯采用米非司酮配伍米索前列醇治疗。结果:2组间流产效果比较,治疗组和对照组完全流产分别为156(96.30%)和134(86.45%),治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.005)。胚胎排出时阴道出血量治疗组明显少于对照组(P<0.05);流产后出血持续时间,治疗组明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:自拟逐瘀清宫汤协同米非司酮配伍米索前列醇用于终止早、中期妊娠,可有效降低药物流产的不全流产率,明显减少药物流产过程中胚胎排出时阴道出血量,有效地缩短药流后阴道出血持续时间。

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss clinical efficacy of self-made ZhuYu QingGongTang in treating drug abortion and its effects on vaginal bleeding time and amount of vaginal bleeding.Method:All 317 patients were randomized into the treatment group(162 cases) and the control group(155 cases).Both groups took mifepristone and misoprostol,besides that,the treatment group were also administered with self-made ZhuYu QingGongTang.Result:The comparison of results of abortion between both groups told us that complete abortion of the treatment group and the control group were 156 cases(96.30%) and 134 cases(86.45%),the treatment group was superior to the control group obviously(P<0.005).Vaginal bleeding amount of the treatment group was remarkably less than the control group when the embryo was discharged(P<0.05);the treatment group was shorter than the control group in bleeding duration after abortion(P<0.05).Conclusion:Self-made ZhuYu QingGongTang,mifepristone and misoprostol could be applied to the termination of early or mid-term pregnancy,which could effectively reduce incomplete abortion rate of drug abortion,obviously decrease the amount of vaginal bleeding when the embryo is discharged,effectively shortern vaginal bleeding duration.
