【摘要】 目的:观察耳穴放血、贴压及面部刺络拔罐治疗痤疮的临床疗效。方法:选取2009年1月至2012年6月门诊就诊的60例痤疮患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组运用耳穴放血、贴压及面部拔罐法;对照组采用体穴针刺、大椎穴及背部阿是穴刺络拔罐法,2组均治疗4周后统计疗效。结果:治疗组治愈19例,好转9例,无效2例,总有效率93.33%;对照组治愈17例,好转10例,无效3例,总有效率90.00%,2组总有效率相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:耳穴放血、贴压及面部刺络拔罐法治疗痤疮安全、方便,疗效好,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe clinical efficacy of ear acupoint bloodletting and pressing,facial pricking and cupping for acne.Method: All 60 outpatients from January,2009 to June,2012 were chosen and randomized into the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group received ear acupoint bloodletting,pressing and facial cupping;the control group were administered with body acupoint needling,pricking and cupping on DaZhui(DU14) and AShi acupoint on the back,clinical effects were assessed after treating for four weeks.Result: In the treatment group,19 cases were cured,nine cases effective and two cases ineffective,total effective rate was 93.33%;in the control group,17 cases were cured,ten cases effective and three cases ineffective,total effective rate was 90.00%,comparison between both groups showed statistical meaning in total effective rate(P<0.05).Conclusion: It is safe,convenient and effective to treat acne with ear acupoint bloodletting,pressing,facial pricking and cupping.更多还原
