【摘要】 目的:对中医辨证论治结合臭氧消融术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效进行观察。方法:145例患者在CT引导下,俯卧位用19-21G穿刺针行椎间盘内注射臭氧,同时椎旁间隙也注入一定量臭氧,并将腰椎间盘突出症证型分为4型,结合中医辨证内服中药治疗。结果:随访1年,治愈70例,显效45例,有效20例,无效10例,总有效率为93.1%。结论:中医辨证分型结合臭氧消融术治疗腰椎间盘突出症具有创伤小、出血少、加快受压神经根及手术创伤恢复等优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore clinical effects of syndrome differentiation and ozone ablation in treating lumbar Intervertebral disc protrusion.Method: Guided by CT,ozone was injected into intervertebral disc and gaps of 145 patients in prone position with 19-21G puncture needle.Lumbar Intervertebral disc protrusion was classified into four patterns,the patients took herbs combined with syndrome differentiation.Result: Patients were followed up for one year,70 cases were cured,45 cases markedly effective,20 cases effective,ten cases ineffective,total effective rate was 93.1%.Conclusion: Syndrome differentiation combined with ozone ablation in the treatment for lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion show the advantages of minimal invasion,less blood,rapid recovery of the compressed nerve root and surgical wound.更多还原
