【摘要】 目的观察中西医结合治疗胃溃疡的临床疗效。方法将116例胃溃疡患者随机分为对照组和治疗组2组。对照组采用泮托拉唑、L-谷氨酰胺呱仑酸、阿莫西林、甲硝唑四联治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予自拟胃疡汤加减口服。2个疗程后比较2组的临床疗效。结果对照组总有效率为84.48%,治疗组为96.56%,2组比较差异有统计意义(χ2=4.921,P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗胃溃疡临床疗效显著,值得在临床上推广应用和进一步研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical curative effects of the therapy of combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine on treating gastric ulcer.Methods 116 gastric ulcer patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated by pantoprazole,L-glutamine quack Midazolam acid Granules,amoxicilin Capsules and metronidazole Tablets.The treatment group was treated by Zini Weiyang Tang which was based on the treatment of the control group.Compared the curative effects of 2 groups after 2 courses of treatment.Results The total effective rate of the control group was 84.48%,and the treatment group was 96.56%.The difference between the control group and the treatment group had statistics significance(χ2=4.921,P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical curative effect of the therapy of combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine for gastric ulcer is notable,which is worth being popularized use and researching deeply in the clinic.更多还原
