SiC-MoSi2复合材料的制备及其性能的研究进展
Research Progress on Preparation and Properties of SiC-MoSi2 Composite
【摘要】 二硅化钼(MoSi2)是目前广泛应用的一种高温材料,但低温脆性和高温抗蠕变性差限制了其应用领域,通过在MoSi2中添加碳化硅(SiC)能有效改善上述性能。本文综述了近十年来SiC-MoSi2复合材料制备方法,SiC颗粒、晶须、纤维等强韧化MoSi2材料的研究进展,并对SiC-MoSi2复合材料的其它性能进行了总结。
【Abstract】 Molybdenum disilicide( MoSi2) is widely used as an elevated temperature material,while the poor brittleness at low temperature and weak creep resistance at high temperature of the material limit it’s application. Adding silicon carbide( SiC) into MoSi2can effectively improve the above-mentioned performances of MoSi2. The paper reviewed the preparation method of the SiC-MoSi2composites,the strengthening and toughening mechanism of SiC particle,whisker and fiber to MoSi2material during the past decade. Furthermore,other properties of SiC-MoSi2composites was discussed.
