改性铵型沸石对脱硫废水中有机物处理的影响

【摘要】 铵型沸石分别进行微波磷、复配表面活性剂改性并处理脱硫废水中的有机物。利用正交法分别考察两沸石对有机物最佳处理条件,通过扫描电镜观测其表观形态及孔隙程度。通过加权、极差分析得出处理有机物影响因素的权重及主要影响因素,借助orign建立主要影响因素与有机物吸附率的关系。结果表明:两沸石对有机物最佳处理条件均为沸石投加量6 g、有机物浓度35 mol/L、吸附温度30℃、吸附时间5 h;此时,有机物吸附率分别为85%、86.18%。沸石投加量、吸附温度分别为微波磷、复配表面活性剂改性沸石处理有机物的主要影响因素。改性铵型沸石的研制为火力发电系统低污染化处理脱硫废水提供一种新型处理材料,并对有机物的去除提供参考。

【Abstract】 Effect of ammonium zeolite modified by microwave phosphorus and mixed surfactants on the adsorption of organic in desulphurized wastewater was investigated in this paper.Optimum treating conditions of two types of zeolite to organic were founded on the optimal modifying condition by orthogonal method.The weight of each influencing factors and the main factor was reached by weighted and range analysis.The relation of the principal factor and the removal of organic were built by origin.The results indicated the optimum treating conditions of two type of zeolite to organic were both that the quantity of zeolite 6 g,the concentration of organic 35 mol/L,absorption temperature 30 ℃,absorption time 5 h;The absorption of organic were 85%,86.18%,respectively.The weight of influencing factors of zeolite modified by microwave phosphorus to organic was as following in turn that the quantity of zeolite,the concentration of organic,absorption time and temperature.The other was that the absorption temperature,the concentration of organic,the quantity of zeolite,absorption time.The principal factors of two types of zeolite treating to wastewater were the quantity of zeolite and absorption temperature,respectively.A new material for the treatment of organic in desulphurized wastewater could be provided in this experiment.
