乙酸处理对玻璃离子水门汀性能的影响

【摘要】 玻璃离子水门汀(Glass ionomer cement,GIC)具备各种优良性能,广泛应用于口腔临床。但现有充填用GIC机械性能不足,限制了其临床应用。采用乙酸处理玻璃粉,提高其机械性能,扩大临床应用。在不同条件下用乙酸处理熔融法自制玻璃粉,用X射线衍射(XRD)表征并做粒径分析。用酸处理玻璃粉与市售液剂制备的GIC的抗压强度为标准,筛选优化处理条件。测试优化条件下GIC的抗压强度、维氏硬度和净固化时间,用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察GIC的表面形貌。所得数据用方差分析和t检验分析。自制未处理、处理、市售三种玻璃粉90%粒径分别分布在17μm、14μm、29μm以下。优化条件为1%乙酸处理2 h,室温下储存1 d的GIC抗压强度达114.79MPa,比未处理组和市售组分别提高了17.61%和21.92%(P<0.05),7 d达到126.91 MPa,比未处理组提高了9.71%(P<0.05);维氏硬度1 d,7 d分别为32.2 MPa和47.4 MPa;净固化时间为4’39″。SEM显示酸处理的GIC表面孔洞裂纹分布较少。提示乙酸处理能有效提高GIC的机械性能,且优化条件下的抗压强度、维氏硬度和净固化时间满足临床要求。

【Abstract】 Glass ionomer cement(GIC) has various advantages which is widely used in dental clinic,but its insufficient mechanical strength limits the clinical application.Intending to broaden its clinical application,acetic acid treatment was used to improve GIC’s mechanical strength.Glass powder whose formula was selected was prepared by melting method and was characterized by XRD.Then particle size analysis was used to evaluate powder.The glass powder was pretreated respectively by acetic acid with varying concentrations for different times.Compressive strength of GIC prepared by such glass powder and commercial liquid were tested to evaluate the optimized condition.Then compressive strength,Vickers hardness and net curing time of GIC under the optimized condition were tested.Surface morphology of GIC was observed under SEM.The data were analyzed by analysis of variance and t test.Particle sizes of 90% glass powder without treatment,acid treatment and commercial powder were less than 17 μm,14 μm and 29 μm,respectively.The optimized acid treatment condition was the 1% acetic acid processing for 2 h with the compressive strength up to 114.79 MPa after 1d at room temperature,which was 17.61% higher than that of GIC without treatment and 21.92% higher than that of commercial GIC(P<0.05);The compressive strength was 126.91 MPa after 7 d at room temperature,which was 9.71% higher compared with GIC without treatment(P<0.05);Vickers hardness reached 32.2 MPa and 47.4 MPa after 1 d and 7 d respectively and net curing time was 4’39" which met the GB YY-0271.2009 requirements.Compared to the other two groups,pores of the GIC surface after the acid treatment were fewer.These results showed that acetic acid can effectively improve the mechanical performances of GIC.Compressive strength,Vickers hardness and net curing time of GIC under the optimized conditions met the clinical requirements.
