氧化镝纳米粉体材料的制备
Preparation of Dysprosium Oxide Nanopowders
【摘要】 以DyCl3为原料,以Na2CO3为添加剂,聚乙二醇-400为分散剂,首先制备出晶粒细小的碳酸镝前驱体。在800℃焙烧1 h后制得Dy2O3纳米粉体材料,经XRD和TEM检测,粒径为20 nm,粒度均匀。
【Abstract】 Dysprosium oxide nanopowders were prepared by roasting Dy 2( CO 3) 3 precursor synthesized with very fine crystalline gain by using DyCl 3 and Na 2 CO 3,then the precursor was roasted at 800℃ for 1h. The obtained sample’s microstructure was determined by XRD and TEM analysis. The results show the diameter of the particles is in a very narrow dimensional rang of 10 nm.
