氧化沟低氧SND技术的脱氮特性及ORP表征
Nitrogen Removal Characteristics and ORP Characterization of SND at Low DO in Oxidation Ditch
【摘要】 在常温条件下,采用Pasveer氧化沟,通过控制好氧区DO浓度为0.2~0.4 mg/L,保持好氧区与缺氧区体积比为1∶1,成功实现了同步硝化反硝化(SND)。在处理实际低C/N值污水时,对氨氮的去除率可达99.7%、对总氮的去除率可达77.13%。通过研究碳、氮去除量之比可知,SND过程中起主导作用的是短程硝化反硝化;低DO环境下,没有发生污泥膨胀现象,污泥沉降特性得以改善,SVI值仅为60~100 mL/g。实现稳定高效的脱氮后,对比实测ORP和计算ORP值,发现实测ORP值最终收敛于计算所得ORP值,可见ORP可指示低氧同步脱氮过程。
【Abstract】 At normal temperature,SND at low DO concentration could be successfully achieved by controlling DO concentration at 0. 2 to 0. 4 mg / L in aerobic area and keeping the volume ratio of aerobic and anoxic areas at about 1 ∶ 1 in a Pasveer oxidation ditch. When treating actual wastewater with low C / N value,the removal rates of ammonia nitrogen and TN were 99. 7% and 77. 13% respectively. After analyzing the ratio of carbon and nitrogen removal amounts,it was found that short-cut nitrification and denitrification was dominant in SND. At low DO concentration,the sludge bulking did not happen,the settleability of activated sludge was improved,and SVI was only 60 to 100 mL / g. After efficient nitrogen removal being achieved,the convergence of actual to calculated ORP values was found by comparing actual ORP value and calculated ORP value. ORP is useful for indicating simultaneous nitrification and denitrification process at low DO concentration.
