印尼PT.IMM电厂海水循环冷却系统工程设计
Design of Seawater Circulating Cooling System in Indonesia PT. IMM Power Plant
【摘要】 以海水代替淡水作为冷却用水,是资源环保领域里一项值得大力推广的应用技术。以印尼某电厂海水冷却工程为例,介绍了海水作为循环冷却水的工程设计原则、设备的选择、补水量和浓缩倍数的确定、设备管道的防腐、水质腐蚀控制、消毒控制等方面的设计经验,对类似的海水循环系统的工程设计有一定的借鉴意义。
【Abstract】 Seawater as cooling water instead of fresh water is an application technology worthy of spreading in the fields of resources and environmental protection. Taking seawater cooling engineering of a power plant in Indonesia for example,the design principle of the seawater circulating cooling engineering,equipment choice,determination of make-up water quantity and concentration ratio,anticorrosion of equipment and pipeline,control of water quality corrosion and disinfection were introduced to provide a reference for the design of similar projects.
