污水处理厂CASS工艺的设计与优化

【摘要】 番禺区某污水处理厂采用CASS生化处理和纤维滤池深度处理工艺,经过调试和运行,出水水质达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)的一级A标准。通过污水厂的设计和运行,以及其他类似工程的经验,总结了CASS工艺设计要点和优化方案,包括CASS生化池运行周期设计、回流污泥泵和兼氧区的优化、鼓风机房噪音控制、曝气系统控制和紫外线消毒渠出水装置的设计等。

【Abstract】 The biological treatment uses CASS technology,and the advanced treatment uses fiber filter technology in a sewage treatment plant in Panyu district. The effluent quality meets the first level A criteria specified in Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant( GB18918- 2002). Through the design and operation of the sewage treatment plant as well as other similar project experience,the design essentials and optimization scheme of CASS technology were summarized,including design of operation cycle of CASS tank,optimization of return sludge pump and facultative zone,control of blower room noise,control of aeration system and design of ultraviolet disinfection channel outlet device.
