O3/UV深度处理焦化废水的条件控制及其效能评估
Condition Control and Performance Assessment of Advanced Treatment of Coking Wastewater with O3/UV
【摘要】 焦化废水成分复杂、具有生物毒性和难降解的特性,经过预处理和生物处理后,出水中仍残留了对环境、生态影响的不确定性组分,制约了尾水回用和安全排放。为进一步削减COD排放量,分析了出水中的污染物构成并采用O3/UV与流化床耦合技术对其进行深度处理,探讨了O3/UV氧化去除COD的运行条件。结果表明,生物处理出水中含有多种未被降解的无机离子和有机污染物组分;碱性条件下的COD去除率优于酸性条件下的,且pH值=9.0时达到最佳;O3/UV工艺对COD的去除率明显高于单独O3和UV法的;同时,催化剂和进水流量对COD的去除率有显著影响。当连续进水流量为4 m3/h时,经O3/UV工艺处理后除NH3-N外,无机离子和有机物的种类及含量变化明显,其运行成本约为0.12元/m3。因此,O3/UV和流化床耦合工艺可用于焦化废水的深度处理。
【Abstract】 Due to the bio-toxic and non-biodegradable characteristics of the complicated coking wastewater,the effluent of biological treatment contains uncertain environmentally and ecologically damaging components,which inhibits the reuse and discharge of tail-water.The constituents of the effluent were analyzed,and O3/UV coupled with fluidized bed technique was applied to further remove COD.The conditions for removing COD with the O3/UV process were investigated.The results showed that various inorganic ions and organic pollutants were observed in the biological effluent.The COD removal was higher in alkaline condition than in acidic condition.The optimal COD removal occurred at pH 9.0.The COD removal by O3/UV was significantly higher than that by O3 or UV.Catalysts and different flow rates affected the COD removal.The O3/UV process effectively removed inorganic ions and organic pollutants except for NH3-N.The operation cost of this technique was about 0.12 yuan/m3 when the flow rate was 4 m3/h.
