灵芝菌培养物对肉鸡生长性能、抗氧化性能和免疫功能的影响

【摘要】 试验选用0日龄健康爱拔益加公雏384只,采用单因子完全随机设计,共分为4个处理组,其中试验1组为基础饲粮(对照组),试验2、3组分别以灵芝菌培养物取代对照组1%和2%的玉米,试验4组为灵芝菌培养物在能量和蛋白质水平低于对照组基础上取代3%的玉米.每个处理8个重复,每个重复12只鸡.试验期6周,分为前期和后期2个阶段,研究饲粮中添加不同水平的灵芝菌培养物对肉鸡生长性能、抗氧化性能和免疫功能的影响.结果表明:饲粮中添加灵芝菌培养物显著提高了肉鸡前、后期的血浆谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性(P=0.038);降低了42日龄肉仔鸡血浆的丙二醛(MDA)含量(P=0.001).肉仔鸡前、后期的T-淋巴细胞酸性α萘酯酶染色阳性率(ANAE+)在灵芝菌培养物添加组均显著高于对照组(P≤0.001);42日龄试验3组肉仔鸡的新城疫抗体效价(P=0.05)显著高于1、2组.第1、3组试验后期肉仔鸡的饲料转化效率显著高于第4组(P=0.041).表明在饲粮中添加灵芝菌培养物能提高肉鸡的抗氧化性能和免疫功能,并改善低营养水平上肉鸡的生长性能.

【Abstract】 A total of 384 0-day-old male arbor acres broilers were randomly allocated to 4treatments with each treatment having 8replicates of 12birds.Group 1(control group)was basal diet,group 2and 3 were basal diet in which 1% or 2%corn was replaced equally by Ganoderma Culture(GC),group 4contains 3% GC based on low energy and protein basal diet.The experiment lasted for 42days.Supplemented with GC increased the activity of glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)in plasma at 21dand 42d(P≤0.038) and decreased the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)at 42d(P=0.001).There was a significant increase in alphanaphthyl acetate esterase positive(ANAE+)percentage at both 21(P=0.001)and 42d(P< 0.001)in GC addition group than that in control group.Newcastle disease(ND)antibody titers in group 3 were significantly higher than that in group 1and 2at 42d(P=0.05).The feed conversation ratio in group 1and 2were significantly higher than that in group 4during 22~42d(P=0.041).The results showed that adding GC to diet could increase the antioxidant status and immune functions and improve the performance of broilers which fed with low nutritional diet.
