甘肃民族地区农村居民消费需求影响因素探析
Influential factors of rural residents′ consumption in the minority areas of Gansu Province
【摘要】 基于对甘肃省民族地区782户农村居民入户调查数据,实证分析了收入、消费环境、消费观念以及人口学特征等因素对民族地区农村居民消费需求的影响.结果表明:家庭规模的增加会导致居民消费支出减小;民族家庭的自主消费水平比汉族家庭低,而边际消费倾向却高于汉族家庭;家庭结构对居民消费支出也有显著影响;如果居民家庭中有成员在城镇工作或家庭中有经商活动,则其消费观念的变化会导致其消费支出发生变化;居民所在村通公路,以及市场与居民居住地的距离缩短等均会增加其消费支出.在此基础上,提出了加快民族地区农村基础设施建设、提高农村居民的收入、提高其受教育水平、改变他们的消费观念、注重对少数民族地区的政策扶持等改善民族地区农村居民消费水平的措施.
【Abstract】 Based on the 782 households survey data of rural residents of the minority area of Gansu Province,this paper empirically studies the influence of factors including income,consumption environment,consumption concept and demographic characteristics on the consumption of rural residents in the minority areas of Gansu.The result shows that expanding family scale may lead to the decrease of consumption expenditure.Autonomous consumption expenditure(ACE)of minority family is lower than that of Han nationality group,but marginal propensity to consume(MPC)of minority family is higher than that of the latter.Family structure has significant effects on rural residents′consumption expenditure as well.If the family members work in urban area or engage in business activities,the consumption view of rural residents could be influenced,and which could impact the family consumption expenditure.Constructing highways and shortening the distance form the place of residence to market can help to increase rural residents′ consumption expenditure.Finally,it puts forward some suggestions on improving rural residents′consumption in the minority areas of Gansu,such as increasing rural residents′income,accelerating the infrastructure construction in rural area,improving the educational level and changing the consumption concept of rural residents as well as providing more supports for the development of minority areas.
