青海云杉无性系雌雄球花及球果量的变异研究

【摘要】 为评选出生长良好、结实稳定的优良青海云杉无性系,对青海云杉种子园内33个无性系297个单株青海云杉雌雄球花及球果量进行了调查,采用方差分析、相关分析及多性状综合选择法对雌雄球花及球果量进行研究分析.结果表明:青海云杉种子园无性系间树高、冠幅、雌球花量、雄球花量及球果量存在0.01水平差异,同一无性系内不同分株间雌球花量和球果量存在一定差异;青海云杉无性系雌球花量与球果量、树高在0.01水平上呈正相关,雌球花量与冠幅,球果量与树高,树高与胸径、冠幅均在0.05水平上呈正相关;综合评定雌球花量、球果量、树高、胸径、冠幅5个数量性状,筛选出5个优良无性系分别为:15#、81#、116#、165#、143#.

【Abstract】 In order to identify grow well,strong stabe fine clone of Picea crassifolia,the amount of male and female cones as well as strobilus of 297 individuals belong to 33 clones were investigated.The amount of male and female cones as well as strobilus were analyzed by variance analysis,correlation analysis and multiple trait composite method.The results showed that tree height,crown amplitude,amount of female cone,amount of male cone and strobilus amount were significantly different among clones,within the same clone,female cone amount and strobilus amount were both different among individuals.Female cone amount was significantly correlated to strobilus amount and tree height at 0.01 level,while female cone and crown amplitude,strobilus production and tree height,tree height with DBH and crown amplitude were respectively correlated with each other at 0.05 level.After comprehensive evaluation of five quantitative traits,amount of female cone,strobilus production,tree height,DBH,crown breadth,5 clones were screened out,15#,81#,116#,165# and 143#.
