莱芜市急诊外科疾病调查及防控方法研究

【摘要】 目的了解莱芜市急诊外科疾病的构成、特点与发病规律,提出相应的防控方法。方法将近5年来莱芜市二级以上医院急诊外科诊治的记录完整的9830例患者作为研究对象,采用回顾性调查分析方法,以ICD-9编码作为疾病诊断分类标准,将疾病分为11大类,不在11大类中的疾病和诊断不明确的疾病列为其他项。用SPSS15.0统计软件进行处理,找出有关变化规律并得出结果。结果在9830例急诊外科病例中,以20~40岁年龄段男性病例最多见,前3位疾病均为外伤,依次为:手、足损伤,骨盆、四肢损伤(除外手和足),头颈部损伤,就诊高峰在7月、8月份,1、2月份就诊的患者较少,病人有逐年增加的趋势。结论急诊外科病人在性别及年龄分布、病种分布、病因分布、月分布及处理分布、不同年份的病例分布以及每天的每个时间段并不是均衡分布的,而是有其自身的规律,我们应该根据这些规律,合理安排技术力量、药品、器材,使工作具有主动性、预见性,使急诊病人能够得到更及时更有效的救治。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the characteristics and the incidence of disease,emergency surgery of Lai- wu City,put forward corresponding prevention and control method. Methods 9830 nearly 5 years more than two hos- pitals of Laiwu city emergency surgery diagnosis and treatment of the complete records of patients as the research object,using retrospective analysis method,the ICD- 9 code is used as the classification of diagnosis standard,the disease is divided into 11 categories,disease and diagnosis is not in the 11 categories of not clear disease to other i- tems. Using SPSS15. 0 statistical software to,find out about the changes and results. Results In the 9830 cases of cases in emergency surgery,20 to 40 years of age the most common male cases,the top 3 diseases were trauma,as follows: hand,foot injuries,pelvis,limbs injury( except for hand and foot),head and neck injury,peaked in July, August,February,1 patients fewer patients,patients has increased year by year. Conclusion Patients in the emergen- cy surgery in is not balanced distribution of case distribution of sex and age distribution,distribution of disease,eti- ology,month distribution and processing distribution,different years and each time period and,but has its own laws, we should according to these rules,reasonable arrangement of technical force,drugs,equipment,work with the initi- ative,foresight,and emergency patients can be treated more timely and more effective.更多还原
