氧化钇(铒,镱)的合成及上转换发光
Synthesis and Up-conversion Luminescence of Er,Yb Doping Yttrium Oxide
【摘要】 采用均相沉淀,马弗炉煅烧的方法,合成了一系列Y2O3:Er3+,Yb3+上转换发光材料。该类材料在波长为980nm半导体激光器激发下发射出中心波长为564nm的绿色和662nm的红色上转换荧光,分别对应于Er3+离子的4S3/2/2H11/2→4I15/2和4F9/2→4I15/2跃迁。探讨了不同合成条件对其上转换发光强度和波长的影响,发现沉淀时的pH值,煅烧温度和沉淀中Er3+、Y b3+的相对浓度对其发光有显著影响。
【Abstract】 Up-conversion Luminescence material of Y2O3:Er3+,Yb3+was prepared by using homogeneous precipitation and muffle calcinations method.The up-conversion luminescence properties of these powders were investigated under the excitation of 980nm semiconductor laser.strong red and green up-conversion emissions which centered at 662 nm and 562 nm respectively were observed.The red emission was assigned to the transitions of4F9/2→4I15/2energy levels of Er3+ions,while the green emission was attributed to the transitions of4S3/2/2H11/2→4I15/2energy levels of Er3+ions.The reaction conditions of synthesizing Y2O3:Er3+,Yb3+have been explored.Results indicated that the pH of sedimentation,calcining temperature and the relative concentration of Er3+,Yb3+had significant effect on luminescence intensity and wavelength of samples.
