微波消解-火焰原子吸收光谱法测定莫氏兰根中的微量元素
Determination of Microelements in the Roots of Mokara by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy with Microwave Digestion
【摘要】 用浓硝酸微波消解处理样品,火焰原子吸收光谱法测定莫氏兰根中K、Ca、Mg、Cu、Zn、Mn、Pb和Cd8种微量元素的含量。测定结果表明,所测的各微量元素的校准曲线的相关系数为0.9990—0.9998,回收率为97.56%—103.85%,方法检出限为0.0012—0.0143mg/L,相对标准偏差小于3.0%。该方法操作简便、快速,结果准确,是莫氏兰根中的微量元素含量测定的理想方法。
【Abstract】 The contents of eight microelements in the roots of Mokara,including K,Ca,Mg,Cu,Zn,Mn,Pb and Cd were analyzed by flame atomic absorption spectroscopy with microwave digested by HNO3.The correlation coefficient of the calibration curve,recovery range and detection limit of each microelement was 0.9990—0.9998,97.56%—103.85%,0.0012—0.0143mg/L,respectively.The relative standard deviation of each microelement was less than 3.0%.The method is simple,rapid and accurate results,which is the ideal method for determination of contents of microelements in the roots of Mokara.
